FPL Pro Leagues ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling your personal data safely and honestly. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. It covers both this website and the app at app.fplproleagues.com.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address when you create an account, and your FPL league and team IDs so we can run your league.
- FPL data — publicly available data from the official FPL API about the leagues and teams you link: manager names, team names, scores and picks.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status; we never see or store your card details.
- Emails you give us — if you join a waitlist, request your Verdict, or claim your manager profile, we store the email you provide along with a record of what you agreed to receive and when.
- Notifications — if you turn on push notifications, we store the subscription your browser creates so we can deliver them.
We don't collect more than we need, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The app uses essential cookies only, to keep you logged in.
What we use it for
- Creating and managing your account, and running your league's reports and competitions.
- Sending you the emails you've asked for — league reports, notifications about your leagues, and service messages.
- Occasional updates about our services and offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Taking payment for subscriptions.
Every marketing or report email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing from one kind of email doesn't cut off the others you've asked for.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own use. Like most services, we use a small number of providers to run the platform, who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Postmark (email delivery), and Cloudflare and our hosting providers (running the website and app). We disclose data to authorities only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your personal data. League statistics derived from public FPL data may remain, but without your personal details attached.
Where it lives
Our services are run from the UK and we do not transfer your personal data internationally, beyond the providers named above operating under standard safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll do it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Age
Our services are intended for users aged 16 and above. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 16, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes by email.
