Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to FPL Pro Leagues ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and services you agree to these terms. Please read them; if you don't agree with them, don't use the service.
2. What the service is
FPL Pro Leagues runs reports, competitions and season features on top of your existing Fantasy Premier League mini-league, using publicly available data from the FPL API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game. Their data and their game are theirs.
3. Accounts
A league is linked by its chairman, who creates an account and is responsible for it: keeping their details accurate, keeping their login secure, and acting as the point of contact for their league. You must be 16 or over to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
The Free tier is free. The Pro tier is a paid subscription, currently £30 per season, billed annually and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Higher tiers are priced by arrangement.
You can cancel at any time. When a subscription ends or a payment ultimately fails, the league moves to the Free tier rather than being deleted: your league, its history and its members stay, and you can re-subscribe whenever you like. Prices may change between seasons; we'll always show the current price before you pay, and launch or promotional offers apply as described where they're advertised.
5. Refunds
If something's gone wrong with a purchase, email us and we'll sort it out fairly. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any cooling-off rights that apply under UK law.
6. Fair play
Any form of cheating, collusion, or manipulation of results is prohibited and may result in disqualification from competitions and account termination. Chairmen are responsible for the standards of their own league.
7. Your content
Leagues include member content such as chat messages. That content is moderated by the league chairman. Content that breaks reasonable community standards — harassment, abuse, cheating and the like — may be removed, and repeat offenders may lose access.
8. Our content
The platform, its reports, designs and text are ours. You're welcome to share your league's reports and cards — that's the point of them — but don't copy the platform itself or pass our work off as your own.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running well, but it's provided as-is: we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and features that depend on the FPL API depend on the FPL API. Scores shown before FPL finalises them (9am UK the morning after a gameweek's final match) are provisional.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
11. Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let account holders know, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs exclusively to the courts of the United Kingdom.
